This is because we need to manage how we export our labour so that a person does not wake up one day and have an underhand deal with a person in Qatar or Saudi Arabia and then export our children to those countries and when they get there, it is not as rosy as they had been promised. We need to hasten and bolster our relationship with the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and our Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We do not intend to break away. That is why I had a small issue with the word “immediate effect”, so that this matter will be smooth.
