    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to make some few comments, particularly on the Petition from my colleague from Kesses on the issue of forests. As we advise the Committee, I want to implore upon them to look at the issue critically. These people from Kenya Forest Service criminalise communities which live around forests. They make them look like criminals, citizens who are not law- abiding and animals whom they chase day and night. I do not want the Committee to look at these people as if they are criminals.
