    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, while appreciating that this is one of the most hardworking Ministers, my issue is the levels of health centres which are given, yet services and equipment are--- If you go to Mutito Sub-District Hospital, it does not have equipment to offer services. For instance, it does not have an ambulance, yet a sub- district hospital requires an ambulance. Could the Minister inform the House what she will do to ensure that all such hospitals are equipped with the facilities which they need to have to cater for the people?"
