    "content": "For the poor people of this country, that is a false choice, as Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale told you. What happens to a poor person when he is hungry and somebody tells him there is a packet of unga but it is GMO yet he has not eaten for three days? It is a false choice. We have a responsibility as this House, as a Government, to protect the vulnerable by making policies that protect everyone irrespective of whether they can exercise a choice such as that because of their pockets or not. I spoke to this issue last time. I am a catholic and the catholic community receives instructions on everything from the Pope. The Pope issued an encyclical on the 24th May, 2015, on this particular subject; it has not changed."
