"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. Let me take this opportunity to congratulate Madam Lucy. For the two terms that I served as the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Health and also as the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Lands, she was extremely useful. For the few days we have been privileged to sit in your panel, Ms. Lucy has been very useful. Hon. Mutuse can bear me witness that a few weeks ago, she had to make sure that procedure is followed. So, I congratulate her and as she goes to do her future activities, I would encourage her to continue being active. Hon. Speaker, it is my request that she consults for Parliament. That way, she can be extremely useful even as she goes to her retirement. I thank you Hon. Speaker."
