    "content": " Thank you, Hon Speaker. I listened to your 26-paragraph Communication on the rules and procedure of voting very keenly, and I welcome them. I note and rise under Standing Order 1, that there are no provisions for allowing candidates any sort of presence. There are equally no provisions that prevent their presence within the precincts of Parliament. I wish to invoke and invite you, using Standing Order 1, to allow candidates, perhaps, during voting, access to the Speaker’s Gallery or the Public Gallery, as the case may be. I think it is just in order that the people we are voting for witness the process of voting. That is my point of order and humble request, Hon. Speaker."
