Members, under your Standing Orders, when you are in Division, you are supposed to remain seated on your chair. You are supposed to refrain from unnecessary conversation and maintain studious silence. You are supposed to remain completely orderly. Members who are extremely mobile, like my good friend from Mbeere North, whom I have seen moving all over, should take your seats. If you are a freshman or freshwoman, that is how we conduct ourselves during Division. Ordinarily, the Bar would be drawn, the doors would be closed and only those in here would vote. But because of COVID-19 rules and other exigencies, we have allowed the door to remain open. The Division List will be followed according to the alphabetical order of constituencies, starting with Ainabkoi and Ainamoi, and we will end with Yatta Constituency. Thereafter, nominated Members will follow. From Ainabkoi to Yatta, and then nominated Members."
