    "content": "Order, Hon. Members! It has come to my attention that some Members have spoilt their votes. I just want to repeat, in respect of the Kenya Kwanza Coalition cluster which consists of 15 candidates, a Member will be entitled to vote for not more than five candidates. If you vote for more than five candidates from the Kenya Kwanza Coalition, then you have a spoilt vote. In respect to the Azimio la Umoja-One Kenya Coalition Party cluster which consists of 12 candidates, a Member is entitled to vote for four candidates. If you vote for more than four candidates, it is a spoilt ballot. Kindly tell your colleagues who were not here. You can only vote for a maximum of nine persons; a maximum of four from the Azimio la Umoja-One Kenya Coalition, and a maximum of five from the Kenya Kwanza Coalition or else it is a spoilt ballot.
