    "content": "Hon. Members I wish to announce that, as at now, 319 Members have voted. Two Members’ seats are vacant; that is Kandara Constituency and Garissa Constituency. We are still awaiting 29 Members to vote, and they are as follows: 1. Member for Chuka/Igambang’ombe, Hon. Patrick Munene Ntwiga, who is bereaved and, therefore, will not be coming; 2. Member for Emuhaya, Hon. Omboko Milemba Jeremiah, who has informed us that he is on his way. Let us hope that he makes it on time because we are closing in 10 minutes; 3. Member for Hamisi, Hon. Gimose Charles Gumini whom I think is also indisposed; 4. Member for Isiolo North, Hon. Joseph Samal Lomwa; 5. Member for Kabondo Kasipul, Hon. Eve Obara Akinyi; 6. Member for Kaloleni, Hon.
