    "content": "I come from a border constituency called Endebess bordering Kenya and Uganda and the most important thing is free movement of goods and services across the borders. I hope that they will be able to look into that, and assist our people to engage in businesses and other activities like farming. My constituents take their cows to graze on the other side of Uganda during the dry seasons. Kindly, allow them to move across freely. With those few remarks, thank you.
