I also thank the Clerks of the National Assembly for the great organisation. I take this opportunity to congratulate all the nine Members of the East African Legislative Assembly. When you look at the composition, it is very well balanced in terms of region, age, gender and PWDs. It is well balanced and it reflects the face of Kenya. I want to congratulate in a special way the young man called Karobia. The grandfather of the young man is called Ndindi Karobia and he comes from my village.
