"content": "Finally, the fifth EALA will have persons living with disabilities like Hon. Sankok who is an able Member. I left a Private Member Bill there similar to the one that I moved here. Go, take it and make it see the light. East African Legislative Assembly has challenges because it is not autonomous. As the Chairperson of the Committee on Regional Integration, I want you to help me. We need to help these Members because they will be suffering just like we did because they are not autonomous.
