I remember in the last Parliament, we debated a situation where one of the roads that was being upgraded to a murram road, the Kenyan Government was paying Kshs80 million per kilometer to put murram on that road. This part of the LAPSSET Corridor Program has been riddled with graft or corruption. Therefore, this issue must be addressed."
