    "content": "I do not know whether that is the same thing happening with sugar but as the Committee looks at that, this is something they may want to find out whether the same is happening. Somebody converts themselves into a seller and again into a buyer, using another company. As the issue is looked at, let us see the cartels being arrested so that the farmers of sugar, coffee, tea and milk can gain from their sweat. I support the Statement more especially on low production of sugar farmers in Kisumu and everywhere as this is a cross-cutting issue."
