This is a serious matter that we have allowed to go on and on, yet the counties are not getting maximum benefits from it. It is high time that this arrangement between the county and national Government is stopped so that our counties to continue getting money for the right purposes. Also, removing the possible misuse of public funds in form of medical leasing equipment arrangement between the county and national Government."
