    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I rise to support the passing of this Bill and congratulate the sub-committee that has made this effort to ensure there is a Bill being debated. The Bill is not only useful to the House, but is also important and useful to all the counties. This is because import and impact of this Bill is to assign and allocate additional resources to the existing financial framework within the 47 counties. This Bill speaks to improved healthcare through the provision of funds for lease of medical equipment which will definitely be required and very useful for all the counties across the whole country."
