    "content": "In my constituency today, 80 per cent of the students who rely on NG-CDF bursaries are not going to school. The only means of livelihood in that area, which is livestock, has been lost to the ravaging drought. Therefore, in the next two years nobody from that area will be going to secondary school or university. There will be no learning in that area because of this serious breakdown."
