Member for Garsen that this matter be deferred, there are serious loopholes in the Mining Act that allow these people to exploit communities just as they do in Lurambi and Ikolomani; the resource centers for all the gold in Kenya. These people come there and exploit--- You do not know but they pay our local communities Kshs25,000. They go down and come out with Kshs2.5 million. You do not know, Mr. Speaker! Please, kindly, defer it so that we come and interrogate the Assistant Minister when he is adequately prepared."
