    "content": "I, therefore, support this Motion by my colleague, Hon. Ferdinard, because it is well thought out. It is high time we implemented Articles 60 and 68 of the Constitution so that they can have the full force of law. If the Building Bridges initiative (BBI) had succeeded, these sections could have been dealt away with because, maybe, we would have discarded the Constitution. First, we should embark on implementing the Constitution which is one of the best documents. It has solutions to the many problems that Kenyans have. I support the Motion."
