    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am concluding my remarks. I am not debating. It is unfair to ban the athletes only. The people involved in this doping issue such as the medical doctors and nurses, must have their licenses withdrawn. The hospitals and pharmacies that participate in doping must also be suspended or closed. The Director of Criminal Investigation (DCI) and the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP), must arrest even coaches, team managers and training camp owners, who have aid and abate some of these activities. If we are not careful, we might go the Russian way, where the athletes and Russia as a country have been banned from participating. Mr. Speaker, Sir, with those many remarks, thank you for this indulgence."
