    "content": "I am also aware that even in the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH) there is a very serious issue of the NHIF. Right now, patients are no longer getting services at MTRH because these NHIF reimbursements are not happening. Indeed, the rollout of the universal healthcare program was done in a hurry. You may recall that even the results of the pilot that was done in four counties were not shared publicly and as such, we could not get the lessons learnt from the rollout of the UHC."
