    "content": "The NSSF should be put to task, so that they consider reimbursement requests at the same speed and priority like those from the private hospitals. By doing that, county government hospitals and other hospitals run by the Government will plough back that money and make sure that service improvement is undertaken. That is alongside other investments by county governments."
