    "content": "The reason as to why this case formed a yardstick for decisions by the courts of law in 2013 is because of the aspect of not ensuring that they take into consideration the role and the place of the public in decision making of things that affect them. What is hard about these agencies complying, so that we do not have what we are experiencing now? There is also the issue of access to water. It is true that the residents of Tana River need water for their livestock and domestic use. The ongoing activities in Tana River are a violation of Article 43 (1)(d) of the Constitution which states that-"
