    "content": "Hon. Members, there is a Petition regarding the removal of Members of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) from office. Hon. Members, Standing Order 225 (2)(b) of the National Assembly Standing Orders requires the Speaker to report to the House any Petition other than those presented by a Member. In this regard, I wish to convey to the House that my office is in receipt of four Petitions seeking the removal of the Commissioners of IEBC from office, pursuant to the provisions of Article 251 of the Constitution."
