    "content": "Hon. Temporary Speaker, NG-CDF positively impacts the constituencies by ironing out regional imbalances to achieve rapid socio-economic development at the constituency level. Whereas the Supreme Court of Kenya pronounced its judgement on 8th August 2022 declaring the Constituencies Development Fund Act of 2013 as unconstitutional, it is imperative to note that the pronouncement does not affect the NG-CDF Act of 2015. The National Treasury is yet to disburse funds as approved by the NG-CDF Board for bursaries allocation and development of the constituencies as mandated in the NG-CDF Act of 2015."
