This is a Procedural Motion to have a morning sitting when Hon. Junet is fresh. We will not begin very early but at 10.00 a.m. after tabling of the Report by the Co-Chairperson, Joint Select Committee on Election of Members to the East African Legislative Assembly, Hon.
