Once he moved to the last sentence ‘as laid on the Table” and read out the date, these are the constituencies that have been listed. If he wanted to shorten it, he should have said as per the Order Paper. He has now started to debate the constituencies and talks of other constituencies which have not been put on the Order Paper. It is unprocedural. He has to make it very clear."
