We hope that this will now clear the way. There are two stories that seem to be here. I listened carefully to my friend, the Chairperson of the Committee, and his seconder. Indeed, there is a need for this procedure to go through. We need these Committees in order for us to begin the exercise of actualising the operations of NG-CDF."
