Concerning the matter on the Floor of the House, it has been well said by Members who have spoken before me. I only want to bring to the attention of the Chairperson, Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning, the Member for Molo, who is my friend that it is important for him not to talk about wanting to fast-track this matter. This should have been done earlier because it is a matter that was raised both last week and the previous week. In three weeks’ time, we are still talking about fast-tracking. We honestly need this NG-CDF matter expedited and money disbursed. We are in a situation whereby this money ought to already be in the constituencies. The NG-CDF is money that the Government disburses and is felt by the common"
