    "content": " Thank you very much my colleague for correcting me. I stand guided. Asante sana . That is the position. As I was saying, we have the NG-CDF managers who are all over the constituencies. If this Fund is not effected, why are they still in office? Let them disband the Fund if they are not going to give us the money. Our people are used to the Fund and we want to make them happy. We want to do what is required of us by making sure that the cheques reach all these needy people. Many people need these funds. I support this Motion of entrenching the NG-CDF into our Constitution."
