    "content": "The fourth EALA is coming to an end on 17th December 2022. It is from this background that the Senate and the National Assembly established a Joint Committee of seven Members from each House to deliberate and make a roadmap following the rules, regulations and the treaty as well as oversee the whole process of election of Members of EALA. With that, the membership from this House was co-chaired by myself and Hon. Daniel Kitonga Maanzo, EBS, from the Senate."
