    "content": "I want to call upon the Cabinet Secretary and Principal Secretary Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development and the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock to introduce a food safety law. This is because food safety is a very important factor. Occasionally, most of us who go to western Kenya drive through Soko Mjinga Market at the border of Kiambu and Nyandarua. Looking at the lorries carrying cabbages and sukuma wiki, that is not the way to transport food. That food ends up in supermarkets in Nairobi, then on your table and you eat it. That is not hygienic food."
