    "content": "At the outset, I support this Motion on the harmful effects of pesticides. As many of my colleagues have already contributed, we know that our people or citizens have suffered in many ways due to those pesticides. This has negative effects on the soil, water, vegetation, human beings and wild animals. That is why today we, as a country, have so many challenges, especially when it comes to cancer patients. It has affected every part of this country. Although the number of people from different counties differ, the residents of Marsabit County have suffered. We keep losing lives as a result of this. What is present in one county affects people in another county."
