    "content": "The long and short of this Motion is that the hon. Senator is crying for the management of the eco-system of the Tana River right from the source up to the Indian Ocean. He has done sufficient research and confirmed that we, as a country, do not have to re-invent the wheel. We merely follow the wheel and take cognizance of the lessons learnt by Egypt who have managed to exploit the River Nile to the extent that the people living along its course, including Kenyans, Ugandans, Sudanese and South Sudanese, sometimes feel angry when they read the story of the success of Egypt."
