    "content": "Hon Speaker, I thank you for giving me this chance to give my voice to this Petition. This petitioner is right. At the moment, most of the people who were living along the railway line are not the beneficiaries of these houses. The people who are living in Kileleshwa are the ones who have been given those houses. I want this honourable Parliament to ensure that the rightful people who lived in Kibra along the railway line are the ones who are given these houses. Like Hon. Omboko has said, the people of Bunyore who have suffered eviction because of the railway line should also be compensated and be given funds for their land. That compensation should not be given to people who live in Muthaiga, who will be charging high rent to the rightful owners. As per the bottom-up economy that is on now, those people should be given priority. Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for this chance. I congratulate you, for the chance you were given, to be the Speaker in this House."
