Members, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order 41, I wish to report to the House that I have received a Message from the Senate regarding its decision on the approval of Members for appointment to the Parliamentary Service Commission. The Message conveys that on Wednesday, 9th November 2022, the Senate considered the Motion on approval of Members of the Parliamentary Service Commission and approved the Motion with amendment to paragraph (b) by deleting the name of Hon. Sen. Fatuma Adan Dullo, CBS, and substituting therefor the name of Sen. Erick Okong’o Omogeni, SC."
