Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following Motion: THAT, noting the Resolution of the Senate of Wednesday, 9th November 2022 regarding its partial concurrence on the appointment of Members of Parliament to the Parliamentary Service Commission, notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order 49, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 127(2) of the Constitution, this House approves the appointment of Sen. Erick Okong’o Omogeni, SC, to the Parliamentary Service Commission under sub-section (c)(ii) of the said Article. That is a Notice of Motion. A Motion will come."
