    "content": "Hon. Speaker, allow me to recognise students that you appreciated because part of the students is a group from the school Hon. Clive and I went to. Hon. Clive was many years my junior at the school. The school is the Alliance High School. Hon. Speaker, I beg to move the following Motion: THAT, noting the Resolution of the Senate of Wednesday, 9th November 2022, regarding its partial concurrence on the appointment of Members of Parliament to the Parliamentary Service Commission, notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order 49, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 127(2) of the Constitution, this House approves the appointment of the Hon. Sen. Erick Okong’o Mogeni, SC, to the Parliamentary Service Commission under sub-section (c)(ii) of the said Article."
