    "content": "Some of these Motions are very important. That is why they have found their way back to this House, having lapsed with the previous Parliament. There are Motions we passed during the 12th Parliament, which could not be implemented due to the lapse of that Parliament. They have now been brought back. These Motions are very important, especially the one on tree planting along the roadsides and road reserves. I always ask whether we have the Committee on Implementation, which oversees implementation of the resolutions of this House. Planting trees is very important. Africans are categorised as people who come from forests. However, our country looks more like a desert than countries founded in deserts. Compare Kenya with a country in the Middle East, which is predominantly a desert. We come from a forest but Kenya looks like a desert today, especially Nairobi."
