    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I am sorry for interrupting the debate on this Motion. I just want to request you, since we already have all the nominees for election to the East African Legislature Assembly (EALA), to direct the Office of the Clerk of the National Assembly to facilitate all the EALA nominees, both from the Majority and Minority parties, to access Parliament Buildings to officially begin their campaigns for the election due next week. I just realised that today is Thursday. The nominees can utilize the weekend, Monday and all the days up to Wednesday. So, I request you to, kindly, direct the Clerk’s Office and the presiding officers to facilitate the nominees’ entry and access to Members of Parliament."
