    "content": "After the election of chairpersons and vice-chairs, there was opportunity for any elected chairperson in line with our Standing Orders…. You remember by the time we were doing this list many Members had not been elected as either chairpersons or vice-chairs. Subsequently, after the election of chairpersons and vice-chairs, we moved chairpersons who were in two committees in line with our Standing Orders to remain in just one committee. There are Select Committees which do not sit often like the Committee on Appointments. Its work is almost sessional or seasonal during times of appointments. One or two vice-chairs have been moved because they were in two very high-profile committees. So, as to accommodate other Members who are in low-profile committees. This is across the board in both majority and minority sides."
