    "content": "If you are lucky to find yourself in a committee, either one you wished or never wished to be in, your active participation in that committee will determine whether you continue to sit there. Once every few weeks the Committee on Selection will be sitting to review minutes of committee sittings to ensure no Member appears to simply sign the register and walk out. We shall review minutes to determine how Members across the political divide are participating in transaction of committee business. This will allow those who have more time to be active participants in committees the opportunity to serve. I want to mention this so if you see a lot of changes every now and then, you will understand this is informed by your own actions or inactions in committees."
