Temporary Speaker for the guidance you gave. The Hon. Member for Nyando, Jared Okello was really getting out of line in terms of the issues he was raising. It is good to mention the things he mentioned in a closed-door meeting as you have guided. There are also things that Hon. Jared Okello should understand are said in funerals somewhere in Nyando and not on the Floor of Parliament."
