    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. There is no response to what Hon. Jared Okello has said. More important issues were raised by the Member for Kitutu Masaba, Hon. Clive, who, incidentally, has lived in the DRC, as he has said. Therefore, he is appraised of the issues that appertain to the situation there. Indeed, it is true that there are Kenyan investments in the DRC like the Equity Bank and many Kenyans, including the Member, who I think is an investor there. It is also true that there are certain regions in the DRC that are very secure and do not need a peace keeping mission. Although if there is no intervention in those peaceful areas, the militia groups operating in the DRC may overrun the DRC forces and endanger strategic investments, which investors including the Member for Kitutu Masaba have made there."
