    "content": "Hon. Temporary Speaker, an organisation like Safaricom organises training for owners of SMEs, which is very important. We encourage other organisations to support Kenyans who are struggling with their businesses. Coming up with a unified policy will bring development and solve problems of hunger and crime by encouraging many people to start small businesses. That way, we will eventually solve the problems that this country is facing. It will also encourage people engaging in crime to change their ways and start small businesses. It is very easy to make laws and policies in Kenya. Implementing those laws and policies is the main challenge. With the support of the Government, I know all will be well."
