They are few and far between, but there are Motions that we all have to come together and support and this is one of those. Thank you, Hon. Beatrice Elachi. I stand to support this Motion on the development of a unified national policy on the Small and Micro Enterprises (SMEs). I do this because I understand that the calamity that faces this sector is the fragmentation of policies, approaches and institutions that are being mandated to oversee and superintend over this very critical sector."
