"content": "I know Hon. John Kiarie will be very instrumental in ensuring that we have an administrative process that enables us to have this particular Motion put in place in the right way. Before the NG-CDF is ring-fenced to ensure that it supports these young people, do we have a database in our different constituencies? Do we know how many different skilled people we have in our different constituencies? That should be the first step. Every constituency in this country has access to Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions. However, they have not been utilised properly. That is also another step. The artisans with various skill sets have the advantage of being trained."
