    "content": " Hon. Temporary Speaker, I would like to start by thanking my brother Hon. KJ for bringing this Motion to the House. By supporting this Motion, we shall be unlocking a whole creative economy. In Nigeria, the creative economy is the second largest employer. When we were campaigning, we witnessed the high rate of unemployment in Kenya. Most of the people affected by this unemployment are our youths. If we allocate the 2 per cent the Member is talking about, I am not even sure if it will be enough. But it will help in unlocking the full potential of creative industry."
