"content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, it is important to note that we need to modernise our areas in terms of development. It is not just about bringing in new things. The NG-CDF has the flexibility to modernise schools. This Fund has helped us have better and new schools in most parts of the country. It has helped us to complete stalled school projects. It also helped us bring down the structures that were dangerous to pupils and students. Therefore, it is a very good Fund. If it is integrated in the Constitution, it will help us to be better focused on what we want to do, and we will do the right things when the time comes."
