    "content": "I support this Motion. I also support the Economic Stimulus and Empowerment Fund. I look forward to the regulations that will govern and lead these Funds so that we have things happening on the ground. I remember in the county I come from, in a constituency called Tinderet, there is a very nice market that was built by the Economic Stimulus Programme that was ran by His Excellency the late President Kibaki. It was around 2003 to 2005. It is working and you can see the importance of having that Economic Stimulus Programme. Every economic stimulus programme is something that is supposed to elicit some sort of economic response from the private sector hoping that this will ensure that we have more economic investments from the private sector. With that, together with whatever the Government is able to do, we are going to have a better country with better revenue."
